DPF and DOC Cleaning
Stokes DPF and DOC cleaning ensures your equipment will run as efficiently as possible. Using the latest technology, we inspect, clean, and bake every filter. All filters go through an inspection process before and after cleaning to ensure they will work properly. Upon completion, a data sheet with all of the collected data will be filled out and presented to the customer with their cleaned filter.
The Inspection Process
Before and After every cleaning, filters are subjected to an inspection to determine it's condition:​
- Visual Inspection of any visible damage
- Determine if there are any contaminates (Oil, Coolant, etc.)
- Pin Drop Measurement and Weight Measurements
- Light test to locate any internal damage
- Back-Pressure Measurements
- Visible part numbers and serial numbers for your records
