DPF and DOC Cleaning
Stokes DPF and DOC cleaning ensures your equipment will run as efficently as possible. Using the latest technology, we inspect, clean, and bake every filter. All filters go through a test process before and after cleaning to ensure they will work properly. Upon completion, a data sheet with all of the collected data will be filled out and presented to the customer with their cleaned filter(s).
The Cleaning Process
Before every cleaning, each filter is subjected to a test process to determine the condition of the filter(s).
- Visual Inspection of any visible damage
- Light test to determine any internal damage
- All part numbers and serial numbers recorded
- Back-Pressure Measurements
- Pin Drop and Weight Measurements
After the cleaning and baking process:
Measurements, weights and back-pressure are recorded and compared to the initial recordings.
